Sandra Bullock, Keanu Reeves have dinner
Sandra Bullock and Keanu Reeves dined together last night at Craig's restaurant in Beverly Hills. They slipped out separately, avoiding being photographed together.
The two shared what is being described as an "intimate dinner." Reeves was dressed in jeans and a blazer, while Bullock rocked a black ensemble and zebra-print heels. Bullock slipped out the back, and Reeves left through the main entrance and drove off in a Porsche.
Bullock and Reeves have been friends ever since co-starring in "Speed” in 1994. They reunited onscreen in 2006 for supernatural romance "The Lake House." While critics roundly dissed the film, the pair picked up a Teen Choice Award for "Choice Liplock" that year.
Bullock’s friendship with her co-star in "The Proposal,” Ryan Reynolds, sparked rumors when he flew to Austin, Texas, to spend New Year's Eve with Bullock shortly after splitting from Scarlett Johansson.
But Bullock said they were just friends. "I think there will be a collective sigh amomgst women across the United States when I say he’s not my ‘lovah,’" Bullock said, responding to the rumors of a relationship between the two at the Golden Globes. "He’s just an amazing friend for 10 years … but I don’t get his loving after dark."
Since winning an Academy Award for "The Blind Side," divorcing her husband Jesse James and adopting baby Louis Bardo last year, Bullock has largely laid low. She will next star in "Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close," the screen adaptation of the novel by Jonathan Safran Foer.
Bullock was spotted at The Box with Reynolds and his rumored-girlfriend Blake Lively last week.
Reeves' career has been largely quiet for the past few years, but we will soon be seeing much more of "The Matrix" actor. He has three films in post-production and several more in development.
