('women' = please define term - is this limited to biological females only? what about intersex people? what about transsexual people? what about lesbians, asexuals, paedophiles, zoophiles, etc (because the last time I checked, none of them were interested in having any man's groin in their mouth), what about women repulsed by or disinterested in oral sex?

where X is the exclusive cause of Y, unless you did not mean it to be (you weren't specific here - are you saying that 'women' allegedly wanting his groin in their mouths is the only reason why Keanu brings in $$? Or are you opening this up to other factors as well:, such as Keanu's acting talent, directors liking to work with him, Keanu fans who do not want his groin in their mouths but want to watch his movies nonetheless?
From the way you phrased it, I took your sentence to mean that you meant it exclusively where all the functional elements in domain Y have an image in domain X and vice versa, hence a one-one relationship where the entire set consists of X-Y pairs (i.e. only women who want Keanu's groin in their mouths AND as a result pay to watch his movies, leading to him bringing in $$; and meaning that they do not exist independent of each other, i.e. women who want Keanu's groin in their mouths BUT do not pay to watch his movies, and/or people who pay to watch his movies BUT do not want his groin in their mouths). I apologise if I misunderstood.
So in order to support your statement you also need to show that people wanting someone's groin in their mouths definitely leads to that someone bringing in $$, because last I checked lots of people who have oral sex happen to remain poor, so one evidently does not lead inevitably to the other, and I would point out that correlation does not imply causation.
It's like how the decline of pirates does not lead to global warming even though both are on a similar downward trend. Correlation =/= causation.
