around 5 weeks ago the Matrix Triology was once again shown on free TV in Germany. I decided to take the chance to finally understand these movies. From sites dedicated to the triology I ended up here.

So far, I've learned 2 things
- It wasn't that useless an exercise to put effort in the interpretation of plays and novels. Thanks to the Wachowskis :-)
- I got shocked that prejudices about miscegenation are still that valid. (pdf file on WINM 2007). I'm mixed myself - German and Egyptian - but it's not that obvious in my looks.

Currently, my wallet suffers most. I got several Keanu movies in the meantime and look forward to December (Xmas and my birthday) to increase my collection further :-D

By the way, many thanks for the effort put in this website and its comprehensive collection of articles. It's definitely a pity that no official Keanu website is around.

Which movie got you hooked? I loved The Matrix as a film when it came out, but it was Sweet November where he really caught my eye. Since then resistance is futile. Sometimes I think I'm too old for this, but it is too much fun to watch his works or his interviews, well, he is such an interesting that you don't get bored.

I got hooked by The Matrix, but my favorite if I have to choose just one is Devil's Advocate.

And during the last 10 months I got around 20 DVDs, guess who's participating in the movies :-D

Concerning age - my teenage years were in a time far far away ;-)

Devil's Advocate is awesome. But there a many amazing characters and movies he made. The good thing is, that he has such varieties. You can easily choose by your mood on the day.

Sometimes I like to see something like Generation Um ... and sometimes it can even be The Watcher.

10 months 20 DVDs is a good pace to get a collection. I like to see them all, too.

And as you I'm way past my teenage years. I'm closer to death than to my birth ...
