Hypothetical question

2008-09-05 20:06:37

To ckage:
I lived both in Europe and America, and I noticed that in Europe there is a little more respect for actors than in America.
In America actors make much more money than in Europe, so people feel a bit jealous of them and think they can say anything about them; they are being turned into some kind of freak clowns.
In Europe they make less money, and my feeling is that there is more respect for them, they are artists.

To TheWyleyOne:
I did not expect you to apologize for your girl's excitement toward a beautiful man. Personally, when I saw The Lake House, I felt a little excitement when looking at Sandra... I find her very beautiful.
I did visit the IMDB board... hopefully I did not fell off my bed, but I got bored with it after few minutes.

To EverythingIsMagic:
Yes, I am new on Internet, and I may be as you say "patronizing". Quite possible. I may be also like this in real life too.
I am interested in Keanu because of his craft. I think he is a very special actor. Often, when I say that I find him to be a good actor, people think I am not being serious... but I am. As you, I get tired to hear that he is the worst actor, and blah, blah, blah...

To Anakin McFly:
Your site is really cool. I loved the "Wall of shame". This is a brilliant idea to edit this page next to all the quote from people who worked with him and know him. After reading those pages there is no comment to add.
I love the gallery too. BEST gallery from all internet websites.

lflipout is not a Keanu's fan. My feeling about this person is that she is herself's fan. She just wants/needs attention on her. So, the best is to ignore her and not give any credit to the crap she is writing.
It is the same for the woman who called herself "Isis", she does not love Keanu, she just want to attract attention on her. So, again, the best is to ignore her and people like her by not playing their game.

I thought that, you, guys/girls, were different from other site and forum, this is why I logged in to write to you. My intention was not to offend you.
Have a good week-end, all of you.
Hypothetical question

Quote Everythingis Magical: "But thanks for generalizing and insulting people here. We really appreciate your input."

Answers:
1) If you feel insulted you must have your own reasons to feel that way... Just ask yourself why you felt insulted...

Anakin McFly did not take my comment as an insult.

2) Writing online that Keanu looks like a bum does not seem pretty friendly... that why I logged in to quote Anthony Quinn : "In Europe an actor is an artist. In Hollywood, if he isn't working, he's a bum."

It seems that Mr Anthony Quinn was right. May be Keanu should leave Hollywood and come to Europe... Because Keanu is not a bum, he is an ARTIST.

3) I am ill and while staying in a hospital, I surf on internet and found "Whoa is (not) me", which is a really interesting and different site about Keanu. I like it.
But definitely do not like Forum where people discuss someone's life. I do not believe Keanu would really appreciate people commenting on his love and sex life, about his ex-girlfriends. Plus, sex is intimate and private, speculating about it on internet seems to me INSANE.

As Americans say before leaving when they do not want to talk to you again: "Have a good life."

Quote Anakin McFly: Who are you, how did you find this place, and why are you plagiarising ckage's post?

Answer: Wanted to quote ckage, but made a mistake with the edition.
I do not want to be part of this discussion because it seems insane to discuss other people life on internet. Life is short, people should live their life instead of minding other people's life.

I just log in to write Anthony Quinn's quote which feels so true: ""In Europe an actor is an artist. In Hollywood, if he isn't working, he's a bum."

And now a quote from Mr Anthony Quinn :
"In Europe an actor is an artist. In Hollywood, if he isn't working, he's a bum."

It seems that Mr Anthony Quinn was right. May be Keanu should leave Hollywood and come to Europe...
