Christine at keanureevesforum.com posted this and I just had to share the link :

http://nymag.com/daily/entertainment/2010/10/vulture_tells_keanu_reeves_abo.html

so he didn't know about the meme, probably just about the cheer up keanu day - if even that. Nice work, publicist and PR people and CAA reps and whoever the fish else. Nice work. *insert angry emoticon here*.
I knew he'd find it funny.
That one, well, I guess, though, when you think of how bad that stuff can go, that sounds like a pretty good clean fun one to have happening.
oh. so a certain someone does know the ways of the internet...
sneaky, the man is - as Seer would say. ;) :D

ink - thanks for the Eric Kohn interview. I got one of my three questions answered. Well, in a way, got answers for the other two as well. No mentions is also an answer :(

*throws tantrum for the umpteenth time* I wanna see it in THEATRES! I can't go to any premieres, I live in a pretty boring and uneventful state in the US.

TheTangerine I live in a tiny town of a tiny country evedently forgotten by God as if one wants to go to watch a film at the theatre he have to go 300km and I have 100bit/sec internet(that's terrible) with which I download Keanu's films for more than 10-12 hours.just go to work in the morning, turn on computer and I can watch something at about 10p.m.Great, isn't it? But no complain, at last I HAVE A COMPUTER!Iam hoping to see HC on the Internet ...soon....perhaps!?
So, watch me and cheer up!!!Everything is not bad, it's excellent!

Ah yes, I was just going to post that link. Judging by the reviews so far, HC probably won't be doing smashingly at the box office, but it should find its audience. I'm mildly optimistic.

CAUTION: POSSIBLE SPOILER

Well, the movie was really funny, some very comically ridiculous things happened and I was surprised to see how profound some of the symbolism was. At the start of the movie we see the obvious symbolism that we all already know about – Henry is working in a tollbooth, sitting still and going nowhere while countless others speed by him. He goes home to his wife and she is antsy to have children but Henry, despite wanting to have children as well, is scared. Half naked shower scene, Keanu is still looks f'n hot naked. Some interesting things happen. Henry figures out how he can rob the bank. He convinces James Caan’s character to help him. Henry and Vera’s character fall in love and f. The f scenes are relatively chaste and playful. The play that Vera’s character is starring in was not chosen by accident, it is juxtaposed with the movie plot in very clever ways. Vera’s character has to deal with a psychotic, flamboyant director who drives her crazy, but he is so f'n funny. It gets very emotional, very quickly from here. A bunch of stuff happens and it gets complicated and emotions from the play aspect, the relationship aspect and the job aspect all start to synthesize. The events are culminating into a really nice ending.
