that is the best thing ever. :D

in that situation, the thing that gave me a bad impression was the mixing the politic issues (the kind of things we care as adult and civil members of our society) and the fandom (our little passtime, without problems except defending ourselves from the various crazy fans).


Yeah... Keanu fandom remains one of the few of my fandoms in which that's still the case, and I'd like to remain that way. There's far too much politics going on in other fandoms (usually social justice stuff, which usually starts out well-intentioned and relevant and all that, but frequently escalates into gigantic conflicts and drama and people being angry. I prefer my entertainment to be just entertainment, and this happy escapist space that the real world lacks).
