It's been a long, long LONG time since I spent any time around the fan thing, and I am hopelessly optimistic that it can be nice and fun again. The "Thank You, Keanu" bit is wonderful. If you've been around since then, you probably know of which I speak. Now I am hopeful again, and thrilled by the new directions of Keanu's career. | ||

Pretty delightful to spend any time at all around someone as generous and kind as Keanu. So as not to be misunderstood, I just mean going to Dogstar concerts and seeing how sweet Keanu was with fans. | ||

Unfortunately, there was some degree of jealousy and bickering that were not at all pleasant. I think that this is a different place. I will say this much - from my own experience at Dogstar concerts, Keanu is a gracious, kind and generous man. Just seeing him interact with fans was pretty lovely. It would have been nice if more fans had adopted similar graciousness. Some did, some did not. Everything that I have seen of Keanu as his fame and stature has increased is perfectly consistent with the genuinely decent person I saw all those years ago. | ||
