His intuition and ability to pick roles that are different and mean something. I like that he plays the outsider a lot, even though he is physically perfect and could get away with playing popular, all-American alpha males, he doesn't choose the easy route. He's kinda always on the side of the losers/underdogs/misfits and that's what makes him so empathetic and relatable to me.

I can't believe he knew the answers to some of these questions! They were so random and he answered them really quickly (I've seen the video of this interview).

His interviews from Little Buddha are some of my favorite. I like the way he talks about his experience, and the effect it had on him. You can tell it was profound. I have to say, sometimes I feel envious of him, of his filmic experiences, and this is one of those times. Up in Nepal, hanging out with monks, pushing the mind, body, and spirit... seems like a truly magical time.

Yeah, River definitely had an edge (no pun intended!). I see flashes of that rebelliousness in KR, especially earlier in his career, but he got a handle on it and I think it is much more veiled and indirect. River didn't seem to care, though. I respect both approaches.

His role in "The Last TIme I Committed Suicide" was super sleazy. He was straight up creepy, borderline repulsive in that one. I couldn't believe it. It was awesome.
