Someone in a facebook fan group mentioned that the 'keanutour' is now contacting fans via instagram, but she didn't mention the insta account name, and I didn't ask.

It sucks but if people can't easily find it, maybe that's good. I'm not even sure anymore what other fan sites there are. I do have an account on Instagram but I can't find it there either. Freaking trolls suck.

NORTHUMBERLAND — A Hamilton Township woman refused to believe she was being duped out of money when a person on the internet claimed to be actor Keanu Reeves trapped in Turkey. According to Northumberland OPP, a local woman contacted police after forming a relationship on Twitter with a person she believed to be the famous Hollywood actor from movies such as The Matrix and John Wick. Police say the fake Reeves told the local woman he was in Turkey shooting a movie and requested money indicating the Turkish government was restricting access to his finances. The woman withdrew $2,700. First, the woman attended a Western Union outlet and attempted to transfer the money. Staff, however, convinced her that she was being defrauded and they refused to transfer her money. The woman then attended her local bank and was told the same thing by staff. Eventually, staff relented and completed her transfer on the insistence of the woman. Once the victim realized she was duped, police say she filed a report. Police continue to warn residents about various scams targeting the community. ADMIN Forum Posts: 3074 Comments: 405 Reviews: 1	What always puzzles me is how someone can be enough of a fan to both be following a celebrity on social media and be willing to fork out that much cash to help him, and yet not be enough of a fan to realise he's not presently stuck in Turkey, which a simple google search would have told them.
