I agree that K seems to lack the 'attitude' we most often see from even the most well-intentioned in Hollywood, though I wouldn't say he isn't clever. For an acting career that has spanned more than 20 years, there has to be more than good luck, good acting, and good representation - I'd say he's had to be very clever as well.

I also love that scene in Walk in the Clouds. He could sing to me anytime :)

I remember an article where K mentioned he thought he should stop smoking. If he's trying to stop by ceasing to buy it's a bad plan - who is going to tell him "no" when he asks to bum a cig?

Especially with the (fish) talk about him being a bad fit for Cartagena - as stated elsewhere, he was replacing Clive Owen. Fish appear to be scraping the bottom of the barrel to find support for their comments.

I could see this being very well done. And if done as described, K would be perfect as one of the ronin.

His performace in The Gift was scarily good. The scene where he's pointing the gun at Buddy's head - you can see him wincing, conflicted - he wants Buddy to back down to him, he can't back down to Buddy, but doesn't want to shoot him either.... Wonderful performance.

Thanks LucaM, the movie seems to have dropped off the radar for some reason, glad to know I haven't missed it. The teasing is worth it - I took a bit for having to get my copy from ebay. I contacted Vogue through their "single issue" section but never received a response. It would be interesting if they ended up selling more of this issue because of K - but not surprising :)
