"Guest" is right, "they" missed the point, as in the real ending of the LotR novels. the movies focused only on certain aspects.
I liked the novels, and intend to read them again , soon. it's the "epicness" of the movies that didn't impress me.

and I also prefer the ending of Revolutions to all the either/or classic movie endings.

I almost love the way some people let the Matrix movies fly over their heads and then act like they know better :D

but aside the attempts at sarcasm, this journalist really pointed out some of K's best performances. Full of backhanded compliments his article is, but it tricks its author and ends up being something else ;)

oh, and as for << Keanu Reeves made those movies great, just by getting the work done and keeping his head down.>> ... I don't think this is all he did.

after all, isn't this what movie acting is about ? not shining so bright that you steal the screen, but making the story work and lending your aura to the whole ?
letting the character play you instead of you playing the character?
isn't this what defines K's acting ?
