I'm really excited. I'll be expecting great fight scenes, hopefully the best in movie history. Spike is a practicioner of Jeet Kune Do. I hope they grasp the JKD Concepts spot on and have many of the moves Spike displays in the anime. Look to Bruce Lee for some inspiration. Gun battles, can't wait for those, I hope they try to top "A Better Tomorrow". I'm visualizing a John Woo bullet ballet but not over the top. Do it right! Please.

As it happens, I love the Matrix trilogy (including the death of the One and the technicolor sunrise), but I also loved Lord of the Rings since ten years before the fist Matrix came out. Tolkien is not a movie material. They just should have let him alone, period. They missed the point. LotR doesn't end with the return of patriarchy, it ends with depression, heartbreak and an eucatastrophe.
