Not familiar with Duncan Jones. I didn't even see what Arya wrote about Keanu. But, I'm presuming that in a film like Passengers he would be in most of the shots, I don't know how that would work logistically...it just seems like it would be too much to handle for such an ambitious film. Wouldn't want to be spread so thin.

But realistically speaking, KR doesn't really have that much experience... yet. It's definitely been wonderful watching him develop and grow and he's certainly on his way to becoming like Eastwood in this respect, though.

Plus knowing how obsessive he gets over work in general, I feel like he'd give himself a conniption and then fall into a catatonic state if he tried directing Keanu the Actor and acting for Keanu the Director, especially if he's carrying the film. Didn't someone mention Kubrick earlier, and how it would be like waiting to see who had the mental breakdown first? I feel like this is the closest we'd get to that lol! Just kidding... I think what he's doing now is good prep, at least with MoTC he's not in all the scenes, not all the pressure's on him to carry the film.

Then again, he's an enormously capable and determined man, and if anyone could do it, it would be him.

The magic word "Passengers" though was spoken... but nevertheless, it was clear that it was just about this project which is all so eagerly await. Or I just wanted so much!?
