OK, so I've been listening to Capital FM for hours to hear the interview with Keanu, only to find -- a few minutes before they aired it -- that it's also out on YouTube.

Oh, and it's a must-see! Keanu "hurts" his hand in a lottery ticket bag, and he's totally overacting -- something I don't think I've ever seen him do before.

Love the way he got to read the questions without giving a real answer! Overacting, but fun too!!

I love the way interviewers seem to be watching him closely, and with a little bit of wariness - wondering what he's going to come off at them with I guess :D.

Ritchie's review, d*mning with faint praise comes to mind, but good in general :).

The main success is in the characters rather than the heist.
no, really ? ;)
... 'Reeves' kept telling people on interviews that this movie is a fable. Wonder how many reviewers will 'get' that.
Although this one was close. 'a bank robbery movie with a difference' indeed ;) :D

another one who almost gets the part with acting within acting...

and a slightly different one, written probably by the same person

... you know, at this point I'm almost sorry Ebert didn't review this movie. but then again, the fact that he didn't says something ;)

I suspect Movieline likes Keanu's beard:

Hello Keanu fans.

I have to first commend you all for your dedication to Keanu.
I came across WINM after getting a bit of a telling off from Anakin :)

I need to start with a disclaimer: I'm a big Reeves fan and find myself defending him often (he was incredible in Devil's Advocate regardless of what my friends say) but I was really disappointed with Henry's Crime.

I'm interested to hear from folk who have read the script, I found Henry to be a completely vacant, apathetic character. Was that part of the script? My initial reaction was that it was Reeves' performance, but I may have been wong.

well, I haven't seen the film yet ( probably in my country it will be available only on DVD) but... I'd say that in the script Henry appears to be 'sleeping at the wheel', so to speak. I guess Julie even tells him that :D But a version of the script is available here on the site, so you can read it and see for yourself ;)

Awesome.

Yeah, I thought Devil's Advocate was one of his best performances too. And in my case, from the script I also found Henry to be a completely vacant, apathetic character.

http://www.indyposted.com/151419/vera-farmiga-i-love-being-tested/

Vera Farmiga loves to portray complicated women.

The 37-year-old is mostly known for her roles in films such as The Departed and Up in the Air. The actress appeared on screen alongside Keanu Reeves in romantic drama Henry’s Crime recently, where she played the sort of character she loves. Vera believes her role in the film reflects her preferred acting style which sees her portraying emotionally deep people.

“I love contradiction in the women that I play. Like in Henry’s Crime, my character is one part fragility, one part strength, one part drama, one part comedienne,” she told Total Film magazine.

She reveals she loves to play such roles as they allow her to portray three dimensional women who dominated films in the early 20th century.

“She reminded me of the madcap heroines from the 30s, who could be as sexy as they were silly,” she added.

They've gone and made a new movie poster for Henry's Crime for the US release. I like this one much, much better:

In my opinion, in that poster Keanu has a strange facial expression...it seems he sees a ghost...
